    Questions and Answers

Q.    Is it legal, is it moral?

A.    Absolutely on both counts.

Q.    What do I get for my money?

A.    You will receive a legal deed claiming your title absolute. The beautiful title conveyance deed printed on parchment paper. Two certificates. One is from The Department of Nomenclature, where your title is registered, and the other is one to frame and hang on your wall, (if you should so desire). Two packs of information about your title and how to change your official documents to show your new grand title. List of examples of what you can legally be addressed as.

Q.    Can the title be inherited?

A.    No. This type of title is limited to your life time, there is a clause in the conveyance deed which prevents it being re-sold or transferred to a second party on your demise. This way we can keep the price extremely low. If you specifically want a title that you can leave to your heirs, these can be arranged, however, they are ten time as expensive as they necessitate the sale of a real estate plot of land.

Q.    How long does it take?

A.    Title processing normally tales 10-16 days. Average is 14 days.

Q.     Must I live in the UK or be British to hold a grand Title?

A.    No, our titles are available worldwide.

Q.    Do I have a choice of manorial name?

A.    Yes. We will do all that we can to facilitate the manorial name of your choice. However, we do not duplicate manorial names except with the owners consent. If you want your spouse or children to share the same manorial name, it would be appreciated if you would order their titles at the same time as your own, otherwise there can be a delay. Our online application form, requests your choice of manorial name. If your choice is not available, we will email you for alternative requests. We want you, our client to be 100% happy with our service, and will take pains to arrange a manorial name that you are happy with.

Q.    Who am I dealing with?

A.    Our company, Majestic Homes Ltd., has been trading for 16 years. You can be assured of an efficient professional service.

Q.    Is the title registered anywhere?

A.    Yes. All our manorial titles are registered at The Department of Nomenclature. Her Majesties Land Registry, since October 2003, no longer registers manorial titles. The Department of Nomenclature is now the central register where all legitimate titles should be recorded.

Q.    Are there any extra or hidden costs or reoccurring fees?

A.    Absolutely not! The initial arranging fee is all you pay. All other costs including title registration are included in this price.

Q.    How is it that I can purchase a title for so little, I always thought manorial titles sold for £1,000's?

A.    Historically, you can pay up to £50,000 for a manorial title. The tiles we arrange have been specially deeded so that in full compliance with British law you can legitimately call yourself, 'Lord' or 'Lady', however, there are specific clauses in the title conveyance deed which make the titles non-inheritable and such that they are specific to the original applicant and cannot be resold. The result is that we are able to arrange these manorial titles at the lowest price anywhere in the UK!

Q.    Do you guarantee that I will be able to have my grand manorial title printed on all my official documents?

A.    No. Statistically, 98.5% of the time, if you follow the very simple instructions that we will send you with your title documents, you will not experience any resistance and your new title will be recorded on your Drivers License, Passport etcetera without question. We experience an extremely low percentage of rejections! If  you follow the simple instructions we send you on how to have your new title recorded on your official documents and then receive a rejection, we will help. Simply send us a copy of the letter of rejection and we will negotiate on your behalf, (free of charge). If we are unable to have your title recorded on your drivers license or passport within ninety days of purchase, and you chose to return your title, we will give you 100% of your money back, including postage! As stated above, we have been trading for 16 years. As a company it is one of our main goals to help people. A profit is nice, yea essential, but not at the expense of our reputation or our clients goodwill.

Q.    Do you change my name or is this title just a registered trade name?

A.    No! We do not change your name or register your manorial title as a trade name! Your new title does not become your new name! Your name stays exactly the same. The only thing that changes is your title.

Q.     What exactly will I be called? Your name will remain the same . However, you will be able to adopt the title of, 'Lord or Lady'. You will also have a manorial name and in certain circumstances you will be able to substitute this manorial name for your present surname. (Normally you will not be able to do this on your official documents on account of the anti-terrorist and money laundering acts introduced in the UK & USA subsequent to the bombing of the twin towers). If for example, your name is James Clark, and you purchase the manorial name of Clifton; you will be able, amongst others, to use the following appellations and forms of address. James Clark, Lord of the Manor of Clifton, or, Lord James Clark, or, Lord Clark, or Lord Clark of Clifton, or, Lord Clifton!

Q.    If I buy a title and become a Lord, does my wife become a Lady?

A.    Each of these titles is individual. If you only buy one title, your spouse, partner or children retain their old title and do not have any legal right to a matching title to yours. Since it is not realistic for a, 'Lord to be married to a common, Mrs., it is highly recommended that all couples purchase a title each.

Q.     Can a child have a grand title?

A.    Yes! As long as we have all parents/guardians consent, any child can legally use one of these fine titles.
